REVIEW Teviant Queen Eyeshadow Palette + Price, and Swatches - Eye-catching Warm Makeup for the Eyes
Teviant Queen palette is one of my newest makeup discoveries from my stash. I've had this for a few months now but I've only started using this palette a few weeks ago because I was on a makeup rut for the most of last year (2020). The palette also looks a bit intimidating TBH and I didn't think that I can wear the shades for everyday but after some use, you can definitely use this to create warm looks that can be worn over the day and simply darken the to transition for night. Let's move on to the review!
Teviant Queen Palette Review and Swatches
What is the Teviant Queen Eyeshadow Palette?
The Teviant Queen Eyeshadow Palette is one of the 4 eyeshadow palettes that was initially released by Filipino makeup brand Teviant founded by celebrity makeup artist Albert Kurniawan. There's Mademoiselle which is mostly blues, Senorita which is mostly neutrals with pops of color, and a fully neutral palette called Amore. Queen is composed of a mix of 12 warm and fiery mattes, shimmers, and metallics. I would describe the color story as something reminiscent of Chinese New Year and North African travels.
The palette retails for P2450 pesos but you can snag this for less when on sale.
This palette was made in Italy so I was thinking it would be comparable to Milani and yes, that is spot-on. The palette is marketed as an upscale Filipino makeup brand made for makeup artists and I think that is reflected well in the packaging.

As you can see in the video, this palette's packaging is reminiscent of makeup brands TooFaced and Milani. The box and the palette looks sleek and sophisticated but not heavy. It does look expensive with the rosegold metallic body and I love it. There are no brushes included and the mirror was clear and bright, occupying the entire lid of the palette.

Teviant Queen Palette Review Summary
color saturation 4/5, the mattes are impressive although a bit powdery for the price point
longevity 4/5, lasts for 4-8 hours and more with primer
ease of use 3.5/5, the color story may not be beginner-friendly and some shades can be difficult to incorporate to daily looks
packaging 5/5, got no complaints!
reapplication 4/5, does not look patchy so that's great
scent 5/5 no strong makeup scent so yay!
color selection 4/5, some may disagree but for the name of the palette, I think they came up with a good selection of shades although most people may not another palette to use this with for everyday makeup
I wore this palete in the above makeup look. You can't see it much in the photo because of my lids but you can see more in the video below.
Overall Rating for me is 4/5! Not bad!
Note that the above assessment is after a month of use.
