I've always been a fan of highlighters. I have an unhealthy number of highlighter reviews on this blog for someone who is only a casual makeup wearer. I also happen to have more than 100 different highlighters in different formulas and forms. Yeah, it's embarrassing, haha! Anyway, I'm not bragging. I'm just establishing the fact that I've always been a highlighter person even though I don't wear them that much. There is just something about things that are shining, shimmering, and splendid that leaves dazzled and wanting more!
