My Favorite Haircare Products for Maintaining My Colored Red Hair!

I finally did it, I finally summed up enough courage to go out of my comfort zone and go for an outrageous hair color! My hair is naturally dark brown, almost black. I haven't really experimented much and would usually just dye my hair brown or go as light as light brown. However, life isn't really for wanting things and never trying them. If there's anything I learned from watching Game of Thrones (and real life), it is the fact that we only live once so might as well make the most out of it!

Don't worry, this won't be an inspirational post. I just wanted to share what made me go from black hair to blond hair, and finally, get colored red hair like the red woman in Game of Thrones.

EB Advance showed bloggers and vloggers their newest products late last year and around the mid of April, they released them! I was really looking forward to the new eyeshadows and the face palettes and am really happy that I got to try them. 

This will sound super biased but I liked everything despite initial reservations (I'll post individual detailed reviews at a later date). For instance, I thought that the EB Advance Lip and Cheek Tint colors will be nearly the same but they aren't at all. Check out the swatches later at this post!

By the way, I believe they also released foundation sticks but I haven't seen those yet in stores. There are other releases too but those are under Ever Bilena and Careline, not EB Advance. My first experience with a product from Vice Cosmetics wasn't a pleasant one. I was one of the first people to place an order in their website when Vice Cosmetics launched but due to volume of orders, their website went down for a day and the order fulfillment was delayed. 

I was and am witness to how they grew and how serious they are with product development, improving with each new release. Over the past 1.5 years, they've consistently improved not only their customer service but their cosmetics as well; including the makasaysayang lip liner that drew ire from the Philippine makeup community. The current formula of their lip liner is a huge improvement!

With the above said, I became a fan of the brand. I love them even more now because they've just released the first Vice Cosmetics Foundation! I say first because I believe that that the Vice Cosmetics Duo Finish Foundation is just the first in their line of foundation products. Yep, I'm seriously hoping/wishing for a liquid foundation next!

I blogged about the new makeup releases for 2019 from Ever Bilena, EB Advance and Careline a few months ago. We were shown the new releases which they said they'll roll out in the coming months at the time. This week, They've finally rolled out the Eb Advance Face Trio, the palettes that were the most-asked ones from PinayBeautyAndStyle viewers and readers alike.

I'm actually really confused because I thought that there are 3 EB Advance Face Trio palettes but it turned out there are only 2. Maybe they will name the one in the middle of the photo above as the EB Advance Highlighter Trio that's why it wasn't released with the Sunset Trio and the Fig Trio.

Sulwhasoo Perfecting Cushion Ex Review Shade 23 (4 months use!) - Fave Korean Cushion Definitely!

I've seen the Sulwhasoo Perfecting Cushion from someone else but I wasn't convinced to use it until Animetric raved about it on her blog and FB. I did buy it before that but I was supposed to give it to someone as a gift (since its sosy) and ended up keeping it for myself. 

It isn't like I don't want to use my first Sulwhasoo cushion. I like Sulwhasoo as a skincare brand but I wasn't so sure about their cosmetics line. Glad that it is available in Althea Korea and got to try it!
