I've had the Makeup Revolution I Heart Makeup Chocolate Pink Frizz Palette for almost 2 years now and I think it is time for a review. Truth be told, I only got this palette from a friend's destash because I was curious about how it will perform. At that time, I wanted a palette with a lot of shimmery shades for creating a Korean Makeup look and this palette did deliver.

Makeup Revolution and I Heart Makeup does not have an official store in the Philippines (to my knowledge). The good new is that I don't think there are fake versions of their makeup because they are pretty affordable so buying from resellers on Instagram and Shopee shouldn't be a problem.
If you're from Europe, you can buy the I Heart Makeup Chicolate Pink Frizz Palette from the brand's official website and if you're from the US, you can buy online and in stores in Ulta.
The brand Makeup Revolution and I Heart Revolution are #crueltyfree. I think all their products are #crueltyfreemakeup despite being made in China.
Because this is a budget palette, they really tried to pack everything in so the shade names have to be written on a plastic film because there is no space in the palette. As you can see from the configuration and color selection, this is meant to be a Too Faced Chocolate Bar palette dupe. I honestly prefer Makeup Revolution over Too Faced but that's just me.

I Heart Makeup Chocolate Pink Frizz Palette Review by Makeup Revolution
This review is quite short because I usually just use this palette for accent or for creating a Korean makeup look. I think this lacks a few matte transition shades for this to be called a complete palette but for the price and the quality you get, you're really getting more than you paid for so not bad.
SUMMARY:
- blends well
- pigmentation can improve for the lighter shades
- some of the light shades are quite glittery
- some shades can be blended to nearly matte although the shades are shimmer shades
- decent lasting power at about 4-6 hours on my oily eyelids without a primer
- wearable shades that can fit a variety of looks and skin tone despite the shimmer
- I'll score this 4/5
