The Ever Bilena Matte Lipsticks are an icon. My review of the EB Matte Lipsticks got more me more than 30K hits for this blog alone, that's why I'm thrilled to share my review of the Ever Bilena Matte Nude Lipsticks because, in my opinion, they are as good as the original formula of Ever Bilena Lipsticks but are in a more flattering soft matte form with 6 beautiful nude shades to boot!
EB Matte Nude Lipsticks Review
What is the EVER BILENA MATTE NUDES LIPSTICK?
The Eb Matte Nude Lipsticks are Ever Bilena's take on trending nude colors made similarly to their iconic EB Nude lipstick formula. There are 6 shades in the collection that are inspired by Italian names. The shades are Amore, Baci, Bellissima, Caramello, Dolce, and Fia.

- What I like at first glance: nice packaging, vibrant colors, and paraben free plus cruelty-free just like the other latest Ever Bilena products!
Each tube contains 3.2 grams of product and is good for up to 36 months after first use. The formula is paraben free and cruelty-free, which is one of the reasons why I like EB products, in the first place.
The packaging reminds me of Maybelline powder mattes but this has a bit of sheen upon application so the similarity seems to be just in the packaging.

Note that the colors you see on top of the lipstick boxes are not accurate representations of the lipstick shades of the EB Matte Nudes Lipsticks.
The packaging is prone to fingerprints too.
Another thing that I liked with the Ever Bilena Matte Nude Lipsticks is that they didn't overdo it. I mean, they stopped at 6 shades and didn't create more that would just look the same anyway. If you are a fan of Maybelline Nude Lipstick, you know what I mean because some of their shades are almost a replica of the shade next to it. I mean no shade saying this hahaha!

- Amore is a flattering mauve
- Baci is a pretty peach with a hint of coral
- Bellissima is a light wine shade
- Caramello is a light caramel of coffee and cream shade
- Dolce is a brownish mauve
- Fia is a subdued mix of coral and red
The above swatches of the EB matte nude lipsticks were applied over dry skin directly from the tube. As you can see, the finish is not a flat matte but a powdery matte with some sheen. I prefer calling it soft matte.
Lasting power is the same as any basic bullet lipstick. Remember these are not marketed as long-lasting lipsticks so I am quite happy with the 3-5 hours of wear time I can get from these lippies. They aren't transfer-proof or smudge-proof but stays on the lips and do not feel heavy. Pigmentation is decent though if you have pigmented lips, you might need 2 swipes.
I also like that 5 of the shades do not stain the skin. For some, this might be a con but I consider this a pro for when I don't want my lipstick to be staining. This also means that the lipstick is not long-lasting but again, this isn't marketed as such so no biggie.

What I like
no weird scent, non-drying, beautiful colors that suit Filipina skin tone, beautiful packaging
What I don't like:
would love this to be in longer lasting formula and maybe in liquid lipstick form. Also, finding this in stores is such a pain! You might have to order from Lazada just to be sure you can find these lipsticks.
Please note that the Ever Bilena Matte Nude Lipsticks are not meant to be kissproof nor to be long-lasting. They are comparable to the WetnWild Megalast lipsticks which sell for 299 pesos locally and other similar products. Will create a video of lip swatches too so watch out for that :)
